The room is tastefully decorated and it has laminated floors, making it much easier to clean (no filthy carpets!). The bed was comfortable for me but uncomfortable for my husband. They have a very decent continental breakfast with many options. Our room was surprisingly quiet although the hotel was full. The addition of a microwave is great, but we didn't use it. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Location is great and there are lots of dinning options within walking distance. Behind the hotel there is a very nice neighborhood to go out on a walk. If you feel like walking, the Japanese garden is within walking distance and very accessible from the hotel.

Firstly the man in the reception when we checked in was very accommodating and helped clear up some confusion regarding double bookings. Then we forgot an item upon checkout and when we returned 6 hours later in the day we were greeted by the sweetest lady. She called several numbers to locate the item and it was finally located. The service from both staff members were beyond expectations!

The staff was amazing, the room was very clean and modern. The renovations were done extremely well. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Parking lot was cleared of all snow so parking was nice. They handled our broken door fairly promptly. The repair man came at 11:00 at night to get us into our room do to malfunction of the key pad.

The staff member on at the time of our stay Elizabeth was amazing! Helped me print something just before she closed up for the evening. I know from experience that it is hard when people are asking you for things just before you finish for the evening so I am very appreciative. Thank you Elizabeth!
